As the Pirates of the Plains Fellowship is a non-profit society we are mandated to have an Executive Committee. The positions and persons are as follows:
The president runs the ship! Shauna is responsible for steering the Exec Committee, contacting other clunbs, conventions and sponsors.
The Treasurer is responsible for maintainng the club's books. Cory tracks the expenses and memberships of the Pirates.
The Secretary transcribes all meetings. Gwen writes down all topics and points brought up in Executive Meetings and our annual general meeting.
The GDC organizes and coordinates Game Days. Mike ensures judges are prepared for game days and organizes tables at each game day and convention.
